  I had no problem with the service. It got busy as I was waiting for my order so there was no pressure on the staff. I had more fish on my bagel than expected. The price was perfect. I am looking forward to going back there again.

  Service is slow and there is always a wait even when there is no one else in the place. The food is great, but the service is what people remember!

  Not one to write reviews, or bad reviews, But the customer service at this place is awful. I was in there this morning and it was busy, the cashier had an attitude and wouldn't make eye contact and kept huffing and puffing and made me feel really uncomfortable. I noticed other people that were taking orders as well treating other customers this way. Just not friendly and inviting. Like rolling their eyes and showing that they are stressed and can't handle their job when there are more than 5 people in there. very uncomfortable. Probably wont go back. Food is good, Service, Beat.
